PRESERVÉ TECHNIQUE
ABOUT
What is Preservé Technique?
Breast Tissue Preservation (sometimes referred to as the “Preservé technique”) involves conserving the breast’s existing tissue layers and support system. Instead of broad dissection, this approach utilizes controlled and precise pathways to create the implant pocket within the breast tissue preservation space.
The technique is intended to maintain the natural structure of the breast while achieving proportionate volume enhancement.
Note: Suitability, implant selection, and surgical approach are personalized following consultation and medical assessment.
Incision & Scar Placement
This method may involve a small incision typically positioned along the natural breast fold (inframammary fold).
Your surgeon will determine the incision site based on anatomical suitability and clinical factors.
Sedation & Patient Comfort
Procedures are carried out in licensed medical facilities with the patient’s comfort and safety as a priority.
The type of sedation or technique used is determined by the surgeon in accordance with medical guidelines and patient suitability.
PROCEDURES
How Does It Differ from Traditional Methods?
Compared to conventional breast augmentation, Preservé Technique adopts a tissue-conserving approach that focuses on preserving natural structures and stability.
This method avoids cutting through chest muscles, aiming to maintain tissue integrity and support. It is considered a minimally invasive alternative for those seeking proportionate, natural-looking enhancement.
INDICATIONS
Who is an ideal candidate?

SAFETY
Risks & Considerations
Scarring
Scars are usually hidden under the breast or around the areola. Additional incisions may be necessary if excess skin needs removal.

Breastfeeding
Future breastfeeding ability depends on the technique used.
Symmetry
Natural breast asymmetry is common. Surgeons will aim to restore balance as much as possible.
AFTERCARE
Downtime & Recovery
- Bruising and swelling typically resolve in about 2 weeks.
- You may return to work as early as the next day.
